An experiential introduction to attachment, care-seeking and wellbeing
Drawing on Una McCluskey’s Dynamics of Attachment Model, this introductory experiential session offers an opportunity to explore these patterns in a supportive, facilitated group.
There will be a brief introduction to the model, followed by experiential groupwork and time for personal reflection.
A distinctive feature of this approach is the opportunity to step off duty — to pause the familiar role of looking after others and turn some attention towards your own experience.
