ADHD and Neurodivergent Therapy in Swansea

Living as a neurodivergent adult can involve years of adapting, masking, overthinking, or trying to fit into environments that do not always make sense.

You may have an ADHD or autism diagnosis, be waiting for assessment, or simply be beginning to wonder whether neurodivergence helps explain parts of your experience.

I offer neurodivergent-aware relational psychotherapy in Swansea, Carmarthen, and online across the UK.

You May Be Struggling With

  • masking and exhaustion
  • emotional overwhelm
  • shame or self-criticism
  • difficulties in relationships

Therapy can offer a space to slow things down and understand your experience without treating difference as failure.

A Neurodivergent-Aware Approach

My work is collaborative and relational. I do not assume that there is one “normal” way to think, feel, relate, or process the world.

Therapy may help you explore how you have learned to survive, adapt, protect yourself, and relate to others.

I aim to offer therapy that is:

  • respectful of neurodivergent experience
  • trauma-informed
  • emotionally attuned
  • practical without being prescriptive

Diagnosis Is Not Required

You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin therapy.

Some people come because they are newly diagnosed. Others come because they are questioning, researching, or slowly making sense of long-standing patterns in their lives.
